This Ph.D. has over 35 years of academic and industry experience in telephone and computer networks, telecommunications, and Internet technology.  His expertise extends to both data communications protocols and hardware.  He is a tenured full Professor, and was the Associate Chairman of the Electrical Engineering Department at a major University.  In addition, he is the Director of a graduate program for a major aerospace and advanced technology company.

He has received numerous awards, honors and research grants from university, private sectors, and governmental funding agencies.  He is a patented inventor who has published two popular books in communications systems.  He is also an experienced Expert Witness in patent litigation including preparation of expert reports, participation in deposition process, and testifying in court.
