This Ph.D has nearly thirty-years of industry and academic experience with a focus on mechanical, industrial and human factors engineering and ergonomics. Activities have included consultation and assessment, training and education, program evaluation and development for a wide variety of firms in the service, government, non-profit, light and heavy industrial, medical, and the high and ultra high technology sectors. Since 1982, he has also worked as an independent ergonomics-human factors/ergonomics consultant, and provided consulting, training, engineering and litigation support functions for clients in general industry, the transportation industry, marine fisheries, maritime operations/longshoring and public organizations.  He has been retained in over 40 legal matters as an expert witness and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in County, State and Federal courts.
