This Ph.D is an experienced international broadcasting manager, communications educator and consultant, project manager and sales and marketing advisor.  During his 30 years as an international broadcasting manager, he has managed and restructured radio stations and networks in major and medium markets in the U.S. and internationally. He has also provided a broad range of consulting services to major corporations, both domestic and international, and the United States Government in sales and marketing, operational startups, turnaround situations, staffing, programming, cost containment, acquisitions, and divestures.
