This expert witness has over 30 years of experience in telecommunications and computer telephony with extensive experience in engineering, product development, marketing, sales and operations in start-ups and large companies.  He has founded three start-up companies in Silicon Valley and led each of the companies from VC fund raising to successfully bringing the product concepts to market through technology innovations.  He is well versed in new technologies and has hands-on development experience particularly in the fields of telecommunications, computer telephony and Internet.

Before joining his present company where he currently serves as the President and COO, he founded another company which is a leading provider of hosted unified and multimedia messaging solutions for service providers and enterprises worldwide.  He spearheaded the development of the Single Message Store technology first adopted on the Sun Microsystems platform and led the company to the closure of multi-million dollar deals with major service providers worldwide.

He holds patents in the field of telecommunications and has been engaged as a testifying and background expert in matters involving patent litigation.
