This Expert has over 40years of experience in the research, design and development of gas turbines and high efficiency power generation technology.  He managed major R&D programs worldwide, working with US & Foreign manufacturers and government agencies. The DOD/DOE agencies include DOE/ NETL, ATD/AMRDEC, NASA, NAVY, WPAFB, SOCOM & TACOM.  He was responsible for Micro-Turbine Engine Development & Technology at Capstone Turbine Corp.  He directed all Helicopter Propulsion and Research Programs for Rolls-Royce Aero Engines in North America.  The UAV programs included RQ-8 Fire scout, Eagle Eye, Global Hawk and CRW R&D.  At GE, he managed major programs.  He was involved in hands-on engineering and management methods working with new technologies, diversified applications and many major commercial and government-related R&D programs. This Expert performed major roles in numerous military aircraft and helicopter programs, working with worldwide partners. He served as a Member of the NASA/NASTAC Rotor Craft subcommittee while at Rolls-Royce.
