This expert currently leads an analytics company, the valuation and forensics affiliate of Kraft CPAs in Nashville, Tennessee.  He began his professional career in the venture capital industry and later became the president of a software development and systems integration firm.  He provides economic analysis related to technology, technology-based businesses, and intellectual property.  He is experienced with various types of business transactions involving equity investments, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), buy-outs, bankruptcy, financial distress, foreclosures, licensing, and asset sales. 

This expert's forensic experience includes work as an expert witness related to the assessment of liability, causation, and damages in litigation.  In assessing economic harm, he has calculated lost profits, unjust enrichment damages, reasonable royalty damages, and the loss/diminution of business and asset values.  He has also been retained in matters involving insurance recovery, antitrust analysis, corporate investigations, computer forensics and e-discovery.

His valuation experience includes the valuation of businesses, equity interests, intellectual property, and other intangible assets for transactional, managerial, compliance, accounting, tax, and litigation purposes.
