This Ph.D has over thirty-years of industry experience with a focus on digital communications and networking technology.  His accomplishments and interests range from product development to industry-wide initiatives.  His expertise in product technologies span from Arpanet to Internet to converged voice, video and data applications for broadband first-mile technologies.  He was one of the original authors both of DOCSIS and of Packetcable Standards.  He contributes both at the detail design level with hardware/software development teams and at the strategic level with senior executive teams.  He is a speaker, writer, and collaborator in industry forums and multi-vendor technology initiatives.
