This expert witness has provided consulting services to industrial, municipal, and institutional organizations in the field of water treatment for more than twenty five years as a senior consulting engineer, technical service engineer and project manager, responsible for overseeing the services provided by the entire national field organization to the company's major clients. These responsibilities include solving technical problems brought in by field representatives, assisting with the design of new and existing plants, and interaction with clients' corporate engineering and executive staffs.

His experience covers a wide range of industrial and municipal water systems especially relating to boiler system operation, closed loop chiller and heater systems, open and closed re-circulating cooling water systems, boiler and steam generating systems, and in potable and waste water facilities.

He is currently, or has been, involved with upgrading wastewater systems in oil refineries in the Caribbean, northeast United States, Central Midwest United States and the Gulf Coast United States in the past two years. Has also assisted with design and operational troubleshooting and plant upgrades regarding oily wastes in the automotive industry and aluminum casting / rolling processes in the past two years.
