This Expert Witness is a Business Process Expert (BPX) with over 24 years business experience and 19 years SAP experience, translating Business Process into Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) process, aligning business functions with the ERP/SCM technology. He has extensive experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Software packages of SAP versions from 2.2 through to 6.0 ECC, Manhattan Associates WMS/PkMS, IS-Retail and IS-AFS 6.6 the latest versions today, including several upgrade projects, in several positions ranging from Team Lead/Member to Project Manager, Quality Advisor and Crisis Management.  This Expert Witness has over 19 years of experience in resolving system integration issues in Full-Life Cycle projects of multi-module and interfacing between SAP and Non-SAP systems in multi-national implementation projects.
