This Ph.D. has over thirty years of industry and academic experience with a focus on chemical products, toxicology and hazardous waste.  He has been an independent consultant since 1996 with EnTox and Associates with a focus on litigation support and expert witness services.  He currently serves as the Program Manager for Safety and Health on a major environmental restoration contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  He has extensive experience in evaluating hazardous waste sites, conducting hazard and risk assessment and environmental impact studies.
