This Ph.D. has over twenty-five years of industry and academic experience in a variety of technical disciplines that include semiconductor devices with experiments on the electrical characteristics of crystalline defects.  He has computer simulation expertise involving thin film solar cells and the transient response of devices.  His circuit design experience extends to such diverse technologies as solar energy, digital and analog circuit design, interfaces between a computer and a computer controlled industrial machine.  He developed a technique for using a digital signal processing method to analyze the results of semiconductor transient experiments.  He is skilled in several programming languages and information technology.
