This expert witness has over thirty-one years of industry experience in Software and computing system design tool architecture, and the semiconductor process.  He has been an independent consultant since 1997 with a focus on system engineering for protection and maskless lithography systems.  He has legal consulting experience in intellectual property matters.  He has litigation experience dealing with patent infringement in the area of electron beam lithographic systems patents, and electron beam inspection and metrology systems and analog electronics.
