This Ph.D.'s primary research interests are the design and computer-aided design of high-speed digital integrated circuits. In particular, high speed and low power digital IC design, as well as radiation-hardness by design ( RHBD ).  He has active research grants/contracts in the following areas: 1. very high-speed arithmetic block design, 2. the development of a high-speed digital IC design flow, 3. the development of a very low power digital IC design flow, 4. RHBD SRAM design, 5. RHBD datapath and digital IC design, and 6. the design of high-throughput asynchronous circuits.
