This expert has over thirty years of academic and industry experience focused in the fields of communications networks and information technology.  He has been responsible for managing and solving business and technical issues in these fields.  He is an expert in all aspects of broadband network and software technologies and their implementation into advanced communications networks.  He has had experience in strategic planning, marketing, business development, technical development, deployment, and management of these technologies and networks.
