This expert witness is a licensed professional engineer with over 35 years of industry experience in the design and implementation of electric utility systems, including overhead transmission line design, electric substation design, overhead and underground electric distribution line design and construction, fault current and sectionalizing studies (system protection devices), National Electric Safety Code (NESC) compliance, National Electric Code (NEC) compliance, etc.  He has been designated as an Expert Witness, and has served his employers as a fact witness, with regard to electric utility contacts resulting in property damage, personal injury or death by electrocution, accidental contact to utility structures (ie.
