This Ph.D has over 20 years of experience in polymer rheology and polymer processing. He has consulted extensively for major companies including DuPont, ExxonMobil, Daikin, Solvay Solexis, Donaldson Co., Chevron Phillips and others.  He currently, and since 1991, holds a position as professor in the department of chemical and biological engineering at a major University.  His main research interests are in the area of applied polymer rheology, and processing with an emphasis on solving practical problems through the use of rheological techniques. He has published over 180 technical papers on polymer rheology and polymer processing, and has given over 80 presentations in conferences and over 50 invited talks in industries, universities and conferences. He is also the co-author of five patents and one book on polymer processing instabilities.
