This expert witness has 37 years of industry experience with a focus on thunderstorm research, radar meteorology, storm-damage evaluation, weather forecasting, and operational radar technique and signature development.    Additionally, he has been an expert witness and a forensic meteorologist.  He conducts Doppler radar applications and interpretation research and has developed and presented Doppler radar data application and interpretation training seminars nationally and internationally.  Since 1978, techniques and criteria developed by him for radar identification and warning on severe local storms have been used nationally and internationally by the National Weather Service, the Air Weather Service, and the meteorological weather radar community as a whole.
