This expert witness has more than 40 years of experience in the research, analysis, design and development of electronic systems and software for acquiring, processing, analyzing and communicating signals and images.  He is experienced in both hardware and software for these systems, including algorithm development and digital, analog, and radio frequency circuitry.  His doctoral dissertation is in signal processing.  He holds issued US patents in these areas. 

He serves as an engineering consultant to industry, and as an expert witness.  He is experienced in working with patents and has prepared expert reports regarding patent infringement/non-infringement and validity/invalidity.  He has been deposed and has testified at trial in both Federal and State courts.
