This Ph.D. is an accomplished Scientist with over 25 years’ experience in academia and industry.  He has demonstrated expertise in molecular and classical strain development, synthetic biology and bioinformatics as they relate to biosynthesis of chemicals and peptides including novel chemical entities.  He is insightful and innovative with proven skills in experimental design and implementation.

Throughout his career, he has led the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. As both an R&D leader and a consultant, he has worked with legal experts and advised companies on matters of intellectual property, white space and freedom to operate. He has published groundbreaking work that advanced the understanding of gene regulation and DNA repair in eukaryotes and has presenting his findings at National Meetings. He holds two patents pending and several trade secrets.
