This expert witness has over twenty years of extensive experience working in the information technology and security systems technology industries.  His experience includes significant responsibilities and accomplishments in Research and Development, Engineering, and Product Development; as well as, the marketing and financial planning and management of technology research.  He has executive management experience at international corporations as well as start-ups; and, has co-founded a number of technology companies. 

He holds an MBA from Columbia University and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant in the UK with an emphasis on auditing. He has: performed patent litigation claims analysis for a leading law firm; patent strategy development for a leading encryption engine vendor; and developed the technology concept, researched, wrote and filed a utility patent for a MEMs based emissions and fuel efficiency control system in the energy industry.
