This expert witness has over 30 years in the Automotive Profession as a President and CEO of a leasing company as well as other key positions in domestic and import franchise operations.  He has worked in the key positions in dealership that encompass: Finance Director, General Manager, President and CEO of a leasing company, Used Car Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, New Care Sales Manager, Vice-President Dealer Operations, National Automotive Sales Trainer and Training and Seminars Identity Theft.

He has also held key positions in multiple state operations to comply with state regulatory agencies. He has worked in General Motors, Nissan and Toyota franchises. While working at a Nissan franchise, he was able to produce a "sting operation" that resulted in the arrest of customers involved in identity theft.  He has also worked with several national lending sources to procure financing and ensure credit quality to protect the credit quality of contracts.  The lending sources include "Captive Lenders" such as G.M.A.C., Toyota Motor Credit, Ford Motor Credit and numerous secondary lenders such as AmeriCredit.
