This Ph.D holds a doctorate in fluid mechanics, mathematics and numerical analysis.  He is also a licensed Professional Engineer.  He has over thirty-years of industry experience complemented with continuing education focused on software solutions including Modeling, Graphics, Mapping, Web-Based Remote Database applications and Information Systems, and system integration for small companies.  He has demonstrated skills in both cross industry and complex multidisciplinary assignments with project management responsibility for teams up to 250 people and 30 concurrent projects.  

He has published papers and project reports, and, made technical presentations at State, National and International conferences. He has received numerous engineering innovation and excellence awards.  His clientele includes Federal, State and local government, law firms, engineering companies, and other domestic and international corporations.
