This Ph.D is a graduate of the University of California with a Doctorate in Psychology.  He is an experienced clinical and forensic psychologist who testifies nationwide on standard of care issues, emotional damages and competency.  He is on the forensic panel of the Superior Court of California and provides court appointed evaluations of criminal defendants.
