This Ph.D has over twenty years of experience in the computer hardware and software industries. He has served as a VP of Engineering, Senior Manager, and Technical Leader at startups as well as large companies such as Cisco, KPMG and TIBCO. He has also held such positions as principal engineer and so has a broad range of direct and relevant experience in software design and development. He also teaches computer science at the university undergraduate and graduate levels.

In addition, he utilizes the latest analytical techniques coupled with in-depth analysis of patent(s) or prior art in cases involving patent infringement or claims of prior art. Not only pattern matching is used. He may perform comprehensive algorithm analysis to isolate areas where even sophisticated pattern recognition methods may fail to identify or indicate false positives. He will also employ statistical and analytical methods to provide clear metrics for presentation.
