This Expert provides expert technical consulting services based on more than forty-seven (47) years of broad based mechanical engineering experience, toy and product design, development and manufacturing experience, domestic and  overseas manufacturing  experience and toy and product safety management.  He has actively worked with major U.S. breakfast cereal companies (Kellogg’s,General Mills, Quaker Oats and Ralston) to design and manufacture the toys and housewares that were used as giveaway premiums and retail sales.  The safety issues involved with this customer base are known to be the most stringent in the industry.  He also has experience in the design and manufacturing of retail based toys and consumer products, as well as candy and candy novelty items.

This Expert's consulting experience includes legal consulting for patent attorneys involving design, construction and manufacturing evaluations, as well as for companies manufacturing products overseas.   His plastic products design skills include over 17 years of 2D and 3D CAD (Cadkey® and SolidWorks® systems) and RapidPrototyping and Additive Manufacturing (SLA, SLS,and Polyjet models).  He has a working relationship with the Bureau Veritas Safety Laboratories in both the United States and Asia, with focus mainly on toy and consumer products.
