This Ph.D. has over thirty years of academic and industry experience specializing in product service planning, business management, after sales service policy and implementation, field service organization and operations.  He has myriad books, articles and made numerous presentations on these subjects and others related to customer support and service strategies.  He is an experienced Expert Witness having testified at deposition at both deposition and trial on subjects related to service parts inventory and Anti Trust issues.
