This Ph.D is a Professor of Accounting at a major University, he has previously served on various faculties of other Univeristies. He has also served as a visiting scholar at numerous academic institutions in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, and New Zealand, to include serving as the Senior Fulbright Fellow to Australia in 1982. He is the author or co-author of eleven books, over 80 case studies, and over 50 academic and professional publications. In addition to his academic career, he has worked as a consultant to Harbridge House, Inc and Price Waterhouse and Co., while also maintaining a private educational consulting practice largely serving financial institutions. He has served on the board of directors of three public companies, where he was a member of the audit and compensation committees, three privately-held companies, and two not-for-profit entities.
