This expert specializes in the specification, design and development of computer systems for communications.  His experience has focused on three primary disciplines; networking equipment, network & wireless protocols, telecommunications systems and the Linux and UNIX operating systems.  He has been an active contributor to standards and industry organizations including the Wi-Fi Alliance supporting 802.11 wireless networking, the DSL Forum, and DAVIC for multimedia distribution.  He has acted in various management and project leadership roles ranging up to Director of Software Engineering and Principal Engineer.  He is a named inventor and co-inventor on several patents.  He is an experienced expert witness having worked on several intellectual property disputes.
