This expert witness spent 30 years at Visa USA Inc. and Visa International during the time when Visa worldwide sales volume grew from $4 billion to $1 trillion.  Accomplishments include the planning and implementation of the BASE II electronic Clearing and Settlement System, the Visa ATM Network, the International Card Recovery Bulletin, and the evaluation of Visa options from developing advanced payment system options for Internet use.  Activities included management of interchange systems during the conversion of the real-time authorization system from DEC to IBM hardware and software; product enhancements and new product development; and the development, acceptance and implementation of Visa positions at the American Bankers Association ( ABA ), American National Standards Institute ( ANSI ), and International Standards Organization ( ISO ) standards committees.
