This expert witness is the President and Co-Founder of a forensic engineering firm with expertise in areas such as physics, electro-mechanical disciplines, and electronics.  He has acted as a technical consultant and expert witness for forensic engineering projects involving industrial, commercial, and consumer product liability cases, which work includes evaluation, testing (both electrical and functional), and photographic examination of the products or product components.   He has over 20 years experience as a research engineer and has expertise in product development and testing, system development, testing and maintenance, and forensic engineering.  This background includes employment as a Research Engineer for the Dept. of Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics at a major University, and as a Staff Physicist for NASA, Space Electronics Division.  He is also the holder of two U.S. patents
