This Expert Witness is a technology professional with more than 40 years of engineering and R&D experience. His major expertise is in the Electro-Opto-Mechanical and precision instrumentation design and manufacturing technologies. He has broad experience in mechanical design of military communication equipment. He has very substantial experience in areas of atomic-absorption spectroscopy, optical and mechanical metrology, testing and manufacturability analysis.  In particular, he has extensive experience in Bar-Code scanning industry as the lead designer of the large number of the laser and camera based Bar-Code scanners with about 160 US and International Patents. Also he has substantial experience in design, modeling and testing of machine vision automatic wafer surface quality control instruments. He has experience in patent deliberation as the Technical Expert.
