This Expert Witness is the Founder and President of a Denver-area IT consulting firm active since 1982. His firm provides expert witness services in Web, browser, e-commerce, multimedia, operating system, client/server, user interface, and office automation patent cases. He has written 23 expert reports, been deposed 17 times, and testified in court 5 times; he has been retained by many of the country’s top computer companies in high-profile, high-stakes litigation. He teaches advanced technical seminars through Global Knowledge and has written official courseware for Microsoft. He is the author of 18 commercial books on Windows, Web design, networking, and productivity for publishers such as McGraw-Hill and Wiley. He holds numerous technical certifications and is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer. He has consulted with a wide variety of companies on deploying and managing business computer networks, from Novell NetWare to Microsoft Active Directory.
