This Ph.D. has over 25 years of experience in the research and development of navigation systems with particular emphasis in GPS, inertial navigation and integrated navigation.  He is internationally recognized for his work in characterizing the GPS error source known as multipath and has been a pioneer in the development of GPS software-defined receiver technology.  He is an experienced Expert Witness in GPS intellectual property issues.
